My Skincare Saviours For Eczema Prone Skin

Hi all, It has been the longest time since I last did a beauty post. After writing my post “What it like to live with Eczema?” I figured I should tell you all what products I use the most in order to keep my very dry/eczema-prone/sensitive skin in check. Liz Earle – Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser – £16.50 I’ve mentioned this product in a previous post, ‘My July Faves’ and it still stands as a fave product of mine. This one I got for Christmas, and it isn’t the same ingredients combo as July’s but it’s still just as incredible. My face always feel so soft and moisturised…

What was it like to be a VIP for a night with KISS Products?

‘Ello ‘ello, I’m super excited to share with you all what I was getting up to on Thursday 31 August. I was invited to attend an event at Grey Street Hotel in Newcastle to browse around KISS Products collection of false lashes and nails. Grey Street Hotel is so luxurious and was the perfect setting for the event. The event was set in the hotels beautiful All About You Urban Beauty Retreat and we received a glass of bubbly on arrival. Everywhere was so glitzy and glamorous which is honestly quite far from what I’m used to on a daily basis. But I loved it! I attended the event with…

    My Veggie Diary: Week Two

Since you all seemed to enjoy My Veggie Diary: Week One so much, I figured why not continue it! Week Two has been a wobbly one and you’ll see why when you read further through the days. The veggie diet isn’t as plain sailing as it seems! 31st July – Monday Well to put it bluntly, I woke up with an upset stomach. It was fairly unsettled during the first week as well but not quite this severe. Might be more to do with the cheese pizza I ate more than the change in diets though. Still, it wasn’t nice or pretty. Hoping that side of things settled down soon.…

    July Beauty Faves!

‘Ello, I haven’t done a faves post since March which is pretty shabby on my part, apologies! But I am back with my July faves and these beauty products hold a special place in my heart. It’s a mix-up of skincare, haircare and make-up that have worked wonders for me this past month. There’s going to be five products featured in this post. Yves Saint Laurent – Collectors Edition Touche ÉCLAT Concealer/Highlighter (£25.50 – FeelUnique) I have been obsessed with this ever since I bought my first Touche Éclat back in November last year.  For a product celebrating it’s 25th birthday, it just goes to show what a timeless classic this is!…

Estée Lauder Concentrated Recovery Powerfoil Mask review

Ello’, Ello’, Another Wednesday, another post. This week I’m reviewing Estee Lauder’s advanced night repair concentrated rocovery powerfoil mask. A little bit of a mouthful but is it the best mask on the market?   Estée Lauder claims that it ‘resets the look of your skin’ and it truly does. For the first time, I have discovered a face mask that does not leave the product sitting on top of the skin. This one really does penetrate deep into the skin and makes the skin so moisturized and smooth. Fine lines be gone! The fact this mask has the foil sheets makes it a lot thicker than other masks on…
