    ORA Tynemouth Review

I’m back with a (sort of) food review. Now, I’ve never done one of these before and I’m definitely not a food critic, so take from this what you will. Recently, I went to ORA in Tynemouth with some friends for a birthday meal and I was mostly impressed. Tynemouth, a small town in North East England is a lovely area. It’s got a calming feeling about it and everywhere looks great. ORA itself is fairly sized with three floors. The staff are friendly and there’s a relaxing vibe to the place. The third floor is a single table with eight chairs, there’s a fridge full of drinks (these are…

    March Beauty Faves!

There’s been drastic weather conditions here in the UK over the last few months and my skin and hair have needed that little extra TLC. I decided that it’d be a grand idea to compile a list of my fave skincare/beauty/hair products for these weather conditions. Not all products will have reviews as I’ve already previously reviewed some of them on other posts and will attach links to all of these posts alongside the product.   1) Urban Decay – All Nighter Setting Spray  [Debenhams – £23.50, 118ml] I’d been scouring the shops looking for something that could help keep my make-up in tact all day. It took a couple of…

Sleek Makeup Solstice Highlighting Palette (Review)

Welcome, For this review, I’m going to be honest and tell you all exactly what I think about this palette. Review If you want to be a shining and glowing goddess then this is the palette for you. Honestly, the ‘Rose Gold’ packaging even makes me squeal a little, it is so fancy. Apologies for the poor picture quality but it is difficult to take pictures of this palette because the packaging is basically a mirror. Also, mine is mildly scratched at this point because I’ve used it so much. In saying all this, I still get excited every time I look at it. (Not because I can see my…

    Fave Haircare Products

In short, a couple of years ago I took a leap of faith and got the ends of my hair dip dyed. For someone who’d never dyed their hair before this was quite a scary experience. I became obsessed with hair care once it was dyed because these beautiful locks require a lot of maintenance. It’s expensive to have hair this good – trust me. So I decided to share with you what I believe to be the best hair-care products for coloured hair. 1) Bleach London Reincarnation Mask (Boots – £6) Hey now, hey now this is what dreams are made of! (Sorry, Lizzie Mcguire reference had to be used…

    Calamity Jane (Review)

Finally, I have returned to the blogging land. In the wake of the Oscars, I figured it would be a good time to review some new and old movies. Recently, I watched Calamity Jane for the first time and fell in love with it. It’s no secret that I love musicals. There’s  no doubt about that. I was initially skeptical to how I’d take to the film as I’m not a fan of westerns or old movies. It is in your face Western for the first half an hour or so of the film, but it’s not overpowering. The sole focus is Calamity Jane (Calam) and following her journey to…
